Vegetarian Hamburger with Chickpeas

Ingredients for 2-4 people

2 cups boiled chickpeas

3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 teaspoons of parsley

1 small onion

2 cloves of garlic

Cheddar cheese slices (number is up to the burgers you made)

Salt and spices

Burger bread or look at our home-made hamburger bread recipe

3-4 leaves of lettuce

4-5 pickled gherkins

1 tomato

1 tablespoon of oil for cooking the burger

How To Make This Yummy Vegetarian Hamburger?

Put chickpeas, breadcrumbs, parsley, onions, garlic, egg, salt and spices in a bowl and mix with a robot.

Let’s shape them evenly like burgers. (I took out 4)

Let it cook on low heat in a greased pan.

Then put cheddar cheese first, then burger, then lettuce, then tomatoes and pickles between our bread and covered it with top bread.

A healthy and delicious burgers are ready for the vegetable lovers!
