Healthy and Low-Calorie Coleslaw(White Cabbage Salad)

Ingredients for 4 people

Quarter of 1 medium cabbage (around 300 gr)

2 medium carrots

3-4 tablespoons of boiled corn

1 pinch of dill

For the sauce;

4 tablespoons of yogurt

2-3 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Salt

For the top (optional)

Walnut

Dill

How to make this lovely salad?

Finely chop the cabbage and dill. Grate the carrots on it and add the corn.

Mix the whole mixture well in a large bowl. Chop the garlic. Put all sauce materials in a separate bowl and mix them. Pour sauce bowl over the first bowl.

We beat the garlic and mix it with all the necessary ingredients for the sauce and pour it over the mixture.

We mix the sauce with the cabbage and feed it well and take it to the serving bowl.

We decorate it with dill and coarsely chopped walnuts and serve. Bon Appetit 🙂
