Ingredients
1 cup of bio ketchup
100ml orange sauce
1 tablespoon of wotcester sauce
2 tablespoons of molasses
100ml apple cider vinegar
100ml brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of thyme
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Let`s do it now
Peel the onion and garlic skins and grind them in the robot until they become puree in the robot.
Put the olive oil in the pot and turn on the stove.
When the olive oil is hot, add the mashed onion and garlic.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
Add the chili pepper, thyme and black pepper into the onions and garlic that are roasted on low heat.
Then add the mustard and wotcester sauce.
After mixing well, add molasses, brown sugar and orange sauce.
Finally, add salt and ketchup and bring to a boil over low heat.
Stir the mixture in the saucepan from time to time with a wooden spoon and wait for it to boil.
When the mixture boils, add vinegar and cook for half an hour.
After half an hour of cooking, turn off the stove and let the sauce cool.
