Ingredients for 6 people
6 burger breads
6 cheddar cheese
Pickled jalapeno pepper rings (for chili lovers)
Lettuce, tomato
Preferred sauces
For the burgers;
500 grams beef
1.5 teaspoons of red pepper powder
0.5 teaspoons of Cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon onion garlic powder
0.5 teaspoons of allspice powder
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to make the burgers?
Mix all the burger ingredients in a bowl and knead.
If you have time put them in a fridge for half an hour to rest.
Form 6 wide and thin burgers. Make it wider than hamburger buns so that they don’t get too small when they get smaller during grilling.
Cook the meatballs side-to-side in an oil-free grill pan.
Before getting the meatballs, put the cheese slices on them and let them melt slightly.
Prepare the lettuces and tomatoes.
Take the burgers and put them between your breads.
Add the lettuces, tomatoes and Pickled jalapeno pepper rings (optional).
You can put any sauce on it as you like.
