Ingredients
9-10 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5 teaspoons of olive oil
5 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Pour olive oil over the garlic, without peeling it.
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then take them out of the foils, peel the skins off and mash them in a bowl.
Add balsamic vinegar and mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and mix well.
Make sure it has a smooth consistency.
Serve after cooling few hours in the refrigerator.
After it has cooled, spread it between your hamburger or serve it with it. It will also go great with your french fries.
