Ingredients for 4 people
3 cups flour (whole grain flour can be used)
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of warm milk
1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the fresh yeast, warm water, milk, salt, sugar and oil to the middle part. Knead it. When the dough has a consistency, cover the bowl with the dough with a clean cloth and leave it to ferment. Take the dough that has fermented in about 40 minutes and put it on a flat tray 3 cm. thickness. Use the rim of a bowl or a water glass to divide the dough into rounds according to the size you want to have for your breads. Place them on a paper-lined baking tray, leave space between. Put some water on them with a brush or spoon and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Note: If you want it to be shiny, you can bake it after applying egg yolk.
