Ingredients for 4 people
400 grams minced beef (better with veal meat)
3 tablespoons of grape molasses
1 tablespoons of apple vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin (optional)
1 teaspoon of butter
Put the minced meat, salt, black pepper, grape molasses, apple vinegar and butter in a bow and knead until all the ingredients are good combined. Divide the combination into four pieces and give them a burger round shape.
Then place the patties in the pre-heated iron grill pan and cook until both sides are evenly colored.
While the patties are in the pan, cut the hamburger breads in half and place both halves on the patties. In this way, the delicious juice of the burgers will be absorbed by the bread.
Take the bread out of the pan, squeeze the ketchup on the bottom and put the patties on it.
After the patties, squeeze the ketchup one more time and add a slice of onion ring.
Add the pickled cucumber you sliced after the onion.
Place a slice of tomato and chopped lettuce on it.
Finally, squeeze mayonnaise on both bread sides and close them.
Then cut as many potatoes as you like into sticks and fry in heated sunflower oil.
Alternatively you can cook rice as a side dish for a reduced calorie meal instead of bread and fried-potatoes.
In both ways, your home-made hamburger will be healthy, easy and tasty.
